Facebook Cover photos!

Well, Timeline on Facebook isn't really a new thing by now, but I was inspired recently to complete what I had sought out to accomplish a while back, when Timeline wasn't even official and that we needed a bypass to access it. Back then, I did up a really quick one where I tried to integrate the cover photo into the user profile photo, as seen below. It wasn't too difficult, but I needed a photo (a decent one of myself is already hard to find) with enough space to fill up the entire right portion of the photo. It would be so much more convenient if we can select which part of the cover photo to crop as our profile photo, but I'm sure that day won't be too far away.

For this one I'm using right now, I'll briefly explain how I did it since some people have been asking. I had Rena lie on our bed, fully equipped with her Kamen Rider Fourze henshin belt of course, executing her version of the Rider Kick. I took a shot, and then got Mabel to help me take a shot of myself, with Rena's foot on the side of my face, in the appropriate angle and direction. The rest of the steps are fully on Photoshop, where I erased the backgrounds, added in my own brush effects and lighting. Of course, some measurements had to be done, such as the calculation of the cover photo dimensions, and how far the profile photo had to be from the edges. The info can be easily found, but I cheated by taking a screen shot and superimposing on it after setting the transparency settings. If you really want to know the details, feel free to drop me a message. I'll be thinking of what to do next as well :)
